The Architecture Review Committee must approve all exterior changes to a property as indicated in the covenants. If you are planning any major exterior work — including pools, fences, sheds, solar panels, or facade repairs - please contact the committee early so you are not delayed in your plans.

Lake Heritage Knolls HOA

The Lake Heritage Knolls Homeowners Association is a separate, mandatory association for homeowners on lake lots within the subdivision. This association has its own board of directors, covenants, and dues structure independent of the Heritage Knolls voluntary HOA.

For questions or issues relating to the Lake HOA – including fence approvals for lake lots, which require dual approval from both the Lake HOA Board and the Heritage Knolls Architecture Committee – please contact:

Due to the voluntary nature of our HOA, we do not provide assessment letters for the purchasing or selling of homes in the subdivision.
