The Heritage Knolls Homeowners Association is a voluntary organization dedicated to maintaining and enhancing our subdivision. Your annual $40 membership dues support the upkeep of both subdivision entrances, holiday decorations, American flag replacement, sign maintenance, and community events. The HOA also facilitates the architectural review process for exterior home improvements through our Architecture Review Committee.
