HOA DUES

Thank you to everyone who participates in our annual Heritage Knolls Homeowners Association membership dues collection.

Membership dues make it possible for us to ensure that Heritage Knolls continues to be a place where people are proud to call home. Your small contribution allows us to secure ongoing maintenance for both subdivision entrances, including quarterly clean-up, holiday decorations, American flag replacement, sign painting and repair, and more.

Due to the voluntary nature of our HOA, we do not provide assessment letters for the purchasing or selling of homes in the subdivision.

Why We Need Your Support

Prior to recent years, funds for our Homeowners Association were generated by Board members and other volunteers who donated their time working in the beer tent at the Frankfort FallFest. Our Homeowners Association was paid for these volunteered hours with income from the festival. We no longer have that option to generate funds.

That is why we need YOU.

The entrances to our subdivision are exposed to the elements 24/7/365. With sufficient funding, we hope to repair and repaint both entrances and eventually explore replacing or updating our entrance signs — improvements that will help increase property values throughout Heritage Knolls.

Your HOA also helps deliver permits to the Frankfort Building Department, upon request, for items such as swimming pools, fences, sheds, decks, siding, and more.
