Every great neighborhood runs on a little goodwill — and in Heritage Knolls, that goodwill has a simple price tag: $50 per year. That’s less than a dollar a week, and every cent stays right here in our community.
The Heritage Knolls HOA annual dues are entirely voluntary. There are no penalties for not contributing, and no one will come knocking. But if you’ve ever admired our neighborhood entrance, enjoyed a block party, or felt the warmth of a welcome package when you first moved in — you’ve already seen your neighbors’ contributions at work.

Entrance signs maintenance
Upkeep and seasonal beautification of the Heritage Knolls neighborhood entrance signs — the first thing every resident and visitor sees.
Neighborhood events
Block parties, seasonal gatherings, and community celebrations that bring Heritage Knolls residents together throughout the year.
New neighbor welcome packages
Warm, thoughtful introductions for every new family moving into Heritage Knolls, helping them feel at home from day one.

The Heritage Knolls HOA keeps things simple and transparent. Annual dues collected from residents go toward three core community priorities:
- Maintenance and seasonal upkeep of the Heritage Knolls neighborhood entrance signs — the first thing every resident and visitor sees
- Funding for Heritage Knolls neighborhood events throughout the year, from casual get-togethers to larger community celebrations
- New neighbor welcome packages that help every family moving into Heritage Knolls feel at home from day one
